Main curriculum 11am - 3.30pm, then an optional extra hang-out at the end for whoever wants to grab teas & coffees together at the café before hitting the road (highly recommended to warm back up and refuel).

This Workshop will cover all 3 Causeway Living Pillars of Strength: Human connection with breathwork, mindset and shared intention at the studio, outdoor movement and games in the forest, then cold immersion on the mountain in one of it's amazing rock pools.

Experiences are limited to just 6 people at a time, so there's much more opportunity to connect, ask questions and get personal guidance than the bigger workshops. Intro price £99 for the day.
